Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund transaction.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our side.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
